I hired Burgoyne Construction to come out to my house and tell me what he thought about building an addition onto the side of my house. He came up with some good ideas about my project, so I hired them to do the job. It was a 12'x24' foot / storage room with a 10 x 10 Deck. They booked a date with me to arrive on site, and low and behold he arrive 15 mins early that Monday, (trailer of tools in tow), and ready to start my project. There was 4 workers at my place that day ready to go to work. He started to remove the Siding, Soffit and Fascia off my house to attach the addition to, later in the afternoon , he had the piles installed for the addition and deck. I couldn't believe that come the end of the week, it was framed up with the siding, soffit & fascia, asphalt shingles, door & windows were installed. A couple of weeks later, I insulated it by myself and the insulation fit like it was made for the spacings, everything worked outgreat. I would and am going to be hiring him again in the future.

Paul went above and beyond the duties to do our job. We hired a contractor that came in and just made a mess of our home, then he went out of business. So we hired another guy to come and fix up the first mess and half way through the task and quit on us. So we called Paul and he came to the rescue. He came in and gave us a price that was fair to us , he came back a short while later and completed the job better then the last two guys were doing. He also brought up a couple other concerns that we have checked into. Overall he was a pleasure to work with and did a fabulous job. We will be calling him from now on to do all our constructions needs.

| We contacted numerous contractors / retailers for quotes on new windows and doors for our home. Paul arrived onsite and discussed with us not only our plans, but his recommendations to ensure the renovations we wanted would not only serve our present needs, but would also coincide with our future plans. Paul's quote was excellent when compared to any of the other quotes we received, and he was very clear and concise in his estimate concerning other issues (i.e. possible need for electrician etc. to moves wiring as we were increasing both door sizes). He also assisted us in locating windows and doors that were a huge savings on our budget while still providing the same quality as other products we had looked at through the big box stores. Paul arrived on site for the installation on time and well-prepared and the installation went very smoothly. The quality of his workmanship is A1, and the neighbours and family members have already asked for his number. Quality speaks for itself, and we will definitely be calling Paul again when we are ready to move ahead with the remainder of our renovations. |

| We found the deck that also serves as the roof of our oversized, heated, finished garage was leaking. A lot. We tried contacting numerous companies to get an estimate to assess the damage and repair it. Many didn't return our call / email, two promised to come out and assess the damage but no-showed, and one commercial roofer told us it wasn't worth their time (but, at least he came out). So we called Paul, he showed up on time, assessed the damage, and came prepared with the tools necessary to provide us with an estimate. He was also willing to provide advice and insight into the issue, and advised us of complications that could be expected. Paul provided advice, and guided us through the process. His professionalism, his attention to detail, and his knowledge of his craft comforted us as we waited out weather delays, and delays caused by a supplier that we had hired to coat the deck once Paul's construction was complete. I continue to call Paul for general contracting work required on our property, and I'm quick to refer him to friends and coworkers. I would, and do, recommend his work to anyone. |

Paul's company was referred to us by Ezee Rock this past summer. His work is impeccable. It's nice to find trades people who take such pride in their work. He has just completed a second project for us with the same high standards. He is definitely our "Go To Guy" for any and all of our construction projects.

We hired Paul to put an addition on our house. He is a very conscientious worker; showed up on time, kept the work site spotless and communicated effectively with us to make sure that we were happy with every step of the construction. There were no surprises with pricing. He stayed on budget and let us know when we changed the plans exactly what it would cost. The plan was followed to a "T". The engineer who did the final inspection was even impressed that he followed the plan so well and said that some contractors cut corners - not Paul. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely call him again when we have another project.
